This position is a vital link between our drivers and management team.
The duties for this position include but are not limited to:
Monitor daily route scheduling with drivers and customers, answer phones and assist with customer service, and manage the inside sales.
Additional responsibilities include managing some office production employees and overseeing production operations.
This an exciting position for the right individual to come into a growing operation and help put their stamp onto the company.
This position will be required to perform some or all the following functions:
Scheduling and dispatching drivers to appropriate locations according to pre-determined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs Speaking with customers or supervisors to resolve problems related to daily deliveries Preparing and delivering daily work such as schedules, relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from work crews & supervisor Manage company assigned territories sales including (homeowner and)-remove small commercial customers Provide price quotes for outside sales Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed and other information Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership Managing office production employees Overseeing production operations Skills and Experience Excellent communication skills to work with others under any type of condition Excellent clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules, routes & personnel Knowledge of computers including Microsoft Office for scheduling and other dispatch duties Ability to multi-task Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment Job Type:
